当ストアで可能な支払方法に関して
国内と海外では支払い方法が異なります。
<国内>
・クレジットカード決済
・銀行振込(購入完了画面または購入完了時に送信されるメールで振込先の口座番号(三井住友銀行)を確認してください)
・コンビニ決済・Pay-easy(購入完了画面または購入完了時に送信されるメールで支払い情報を確認してください)
・キャリア決済
・PayPal(PayPal決済の場合は、商品が購入されてから10日以内に発送しないと購入は自動的にキャンセルになります)
・後払い決済(後日、後払い用の請求書がBASE株式会社より届きます。最寄りのコンビニなどにて14日以内にお支払いしてください)
・AmazonPay
による決済がご利用頂けます。
支払時期:商品注文確定時でお支払いが確定致します。
<海外>

※1:海外で発行されたクレジットカードは利用できません。
※2:amazon.cnで作成したAmazonアカウントには対応していません。

※4:海外送金にかかる手数料は購入者負担となります。

[Payment Methods Available at Our Store]
Payment methods differ for domestic and international orders.
<For Domestic Orders (Japan)>
The following payment methods are available:
Credit Card
Bank Transfer (Please check the account number for transfer—Sumitomo Mitsui Banking Corporation—on the order completion screen or in the confirmation email.)
Convenience Store / Pay-easy Payment (Payment details will be provided on the order completion screen or in the confirmation email.)
Mobile Carrier Payment
PayPal (Please note: if using PayPal, the order will be automatically canceled unless the item is shipped within 10 days of purchase.)
Deferred Payment (An invoice will be sent later by BASE, Inc. Please make payment at a convenience store or other designated location within 14 days.)
Amazon Pay
Payment Timing: Payment is confirmed at the time the order is finalized.
<For International Orders>

Notes:
*1: Credit cards issued outside Japan cannot be used.
*2: Amazon accounts created via amazon.cn are not supported.
*3: If you are using an international PayPal account, credit cards issued outside Japan can be used. However, Japanese PayPal accounts cannot use credit cards issued outside Japan.
*4: Any fees incurred from international bank transfers are the responsibility of the buyer.

Please note: If the order has already been placed or is in the process of being prepared for shipment, we may not be able to accommodate your cancellation request. If you need to make changes, we kindly ask that you contact us as soon as possible.
到着して商品を確認したら壊れていた!
万が一商品に不良箇所がある場合は、商品到着後お手数ですが、早急にご連絡くださいませ。
ご交換方法についてご案内の上、送料弊社負担にてご交換させていただきます。
尚、お届けから10日以上経過後のご連絡の場合、不良の判別が難しいため、交換対応が出来かねる場合もございます事ご容赦くださいませ。
[The Item Arrived Damaged]
If the item is found to be defective upon arrival, we kindly ask that you contact us as soon as possible.
We will provide instructions on how to proceed with an exchange.
Please note: If more than 10 days have passed since the item was delivered, it may be difficult to determine the cause of the defect, and we may not be able to offer support. We appreciate your understanding.

We do not accept returns due to customer preferences or personal reasons.

We do not have English-speaking staff. All English communication is translated from Japanese using a translation app.
Therefore, our responses in English may be incomplete or imperfect. We apologize for any inconvenience.
・Shipping Method for International Shipment
【Shipping Overseas】
We use Express Mail Service (EMS) by Japan Post.
Details: https://www.post.japanpost.jp/int/ems/index_en.html
Please note that we cannot ship to regions where EMS is not available.
For areas where EMS is not supported, the shipping cost is automatically set to 99,999 JPY to indicate that shipping is unavailable.
・Customs Duties and Other Charges
All import duties, taxes, and other local fees at the destination are the responsibility of the customer.
We only cover the shipping cost from Japan to your country (or within Japan for domestic orders).
・Order to Shipping Process
After placing an order, you will receive an automatic confirmation email from BASE (our store management system).
If you do not receive this email, please check your email settings or spam folder.
For international shipping:
It may take up to one week to arrange the shipment. This is because items are first transported from our main warehouse (which does not support international shipping) to a separate warehouse that handles overseas shipments.
Once the shipment is complete, you will receive a shipping confirmation email from BASE.
Please contact us as soon as possible after placing your order if you wish to make changes or cancel.
If an item is out of stock or if we are unable to ship to your location, we will contact you via email.
In such cases, the email will be sent from the domain @thebase.in and @youboku.work.
